Town & Country Cleaning has been awarded Best Independent Contract Cleaning Company (Surrey) by 2016 Facilities Management Awards. The award is in recognition for impressive company growth, industry-leading customer satisfaction, staff retention and service delivery for construction and FM (facilities management) cleaning services.

Based in Farnham, Town & Country Cleaning has some 65 cleaners managing +300 customers in Surrey and across the South of England, for both commercial and domestic customers.

Examples of customers include Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Thakeham Homes, Forestry Commission, Kier Group, Premier Inn Hotels and Churchill Retirement Living.  The Company prides itself on working for more discerning customers, which includes the likes of Wentworth Club and Charterhouse School.

A key point of differentiation for the Company is to provide a one-stop-shop cleaning service from initial builders cleans, to final sparkle cleans, ongoing contract cleaning, domestic cleaning and specialist deep cleaning. It satisfies construction companies with all the necessary accreditations and documentation including ISO9001, Safecontractor, CSCS cards, insurance to £10m and site-specific risk assessments and method statements and supervision.
