Town & Country Cleaning has successfully completed the builders and launch clean of a brand new restaurant and pub in Havant, just outside Portsmouth. Langbrook Farm, is located on the edge of Langstone Technology Park and the A3023 Langstone Road.

The pub is owned by Greene King, which has become one of the largest British owned breweries in the UK. Langbrook Farm opens to the public at the end of June and is set to become one of the most prominent pubs in the Portsmouth area.

The main building contractor, Vale Builders, also based in Portsmouth, has commissioned Town & Country Cleaning on previous projects, both commercial and residential.

The clean at Langbrook Farm was extensive and involved a very large commercial new build covering the following areas:

·       All windows, doors and frames (internal/external)

·       First floor accommodation including 3 separate flats and staff rooms

·       Multiple kitchens, bathrooms and toilets

·       Back-office rooms including storage, plant equipment and facilities

·       Main restaurant area including tables and chairs

·       Main bar area

·       Internal children’s play area

·       Kitchen and back-of-house areas

·       All fixtures and fittings

Lee Turner said, “Vale know we will get the job done and with minimal supervision and fuss, and to a high standard. The detailed cleaning in the kitchen was huge and the contractors were still completing final fix of much of the bar area in the last few hours of the handover clean. It was a very tricky project. Having a good working relationship and trusting each other to deliver is paramount. We have partnered with Vale Builders several times and look forward to the next project and all the challenges it will no doubt throw at us”.
