Town & Country Cleaning has successfully completed the clean of a residential barn conversion just outside Guildford, Surrey.
The clean involved first removing all items from the building, followed by an extensive vacuum clean and subsequent wipe down of the entire interior of the building. The use of a SkyVac vacuum cleaner enabled a more efficient clean without the risk and cost of using expensive equipment such as scaffolding or a mobile platform scissor lift.
Lee Turner, Managing Director of Town & Country Cleaning said, “We enjoy barn conversion cleans as you get immense job satisfaction from transforming an old barn into something with distinct potential for residential use”.
“Our clean always involves a 2-stage approach, sometimes on the same day and sometimes over a number of days in which to provide layered cleaning and manage any recycling of dust. We first use a SkyVac vacuum cleaner, which can clean to 65ft in height without any assistance in ladders or scaffolding. All surfaces are carefully wiped down and the floor is given an extensive clean using Selden Strongarm, a heavy-duty formula with a strong powerful action, which rapidly cuts through grime and dirt to strip the floor back to its core natural state. The clean is finished with a minimal amount of water to rinse dirt away and then the floor is mopped dry.
