Town & Country Cleaning has been awarded the cleaning contract for the prestigious David Wilson Homes Leithfield Park site at the old Milford Hospital in Milford, Godalming.

The site comprises of multiple high-end detached properties, some of which are at the very top of what Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes provide in the UK.

Lee Turner, Managing Director of Town & Country Cleaning said, “We have traditionally specialised in high-end residential new builds because of the considerable challenges a volume builder presents through their construction process. However, Leithfield park has large high-end plots averaging between £750,000 to £1.3m and we hope for a premium build experience to match the property values”.

Many properties have been sold immediately off plan and as part of the sparkle clean, the cleaners will be able to ensure the properties look their very best as the buyers visit and take possession.

Town & Country Cleaning specialises in residential property cleans including builders and sparkle cleans, end of tenancy cleans and regular domestic cleans.
