Town & Country Cleaning has completed an office clean in time to welcome new tenants. The office is a sizeable three-storey building with multiple offices, facilities, stairways and approximately 70 windows, and is situated in private grounds with parking.
The office clean involved a rubbish clearance, high-level dusting, all toilets, kitchen and shower rooms cleaned, windows cleaned inside and out, and extensive vacuuming and wipe down. Town & Country Cleaning uses a product called Prochem Shockaway, which is an anti-static, anti-dust removal agent, which is added to hot water, then wet then dry buffed on all main surfaces throughout the property. The office is then treated with Neutradol deodoriser to really freshen up the place and maximise the visitor experience.
Lee Turner, Managing Director of Town & Country Cleaning said, “We manage many offices across the South, both in terms of ongoing daily/weekly cleaning and one-off project cleans. This office is owned by one of our existing customers, which we have managed their contract clean for several years now”.
After a challenging period for the commercial property market outside, especially outside of central London, the owners are hoping the renewed optimism in the economy is the catalyst for new tenants to move in.
Lee Turner said, “The trick with empty office cleans is to be efficient in the clean; just enough to keep costs down but sufficient to attract new tenants. The sales process can take some time so it is better to have a cleaning company support you throughout the sales process with mini sparkle cleans each time a prospective tenant visits the office. Once a new tenant is secured, a full sparkle and carpet clean just prior to them moving in is always recommended and a nice touch in securing the rental”.
