Town & Country Cleaning is now working closely with a prestigious medium-sized regional house builder. In just a few days the company has cleaned 2 developments close to Haslemere in Surrey.

“it is important we build relationships with mid-tier builders and property developers. We tender through the national builders but the process is very competitive and often bureaucratic. The smaller independents are great to work with but they don’t provide the volume of work we need, so regional companies building c50-100 homes a year is our sweet spot”.

The first project was cleaning a cottage-style mews house in Haslemere. The second was a large executive detached home in the village of Fernhusrt. Both properties were built to a high specification and required full sparkle cleans throughout, and are currently on the market with Clarke Gammon Wellers.

“On these projects, because we knew the houses were being advertised and viewed immediately by potential buyers, we look to improve the visitor experience in any way we can. This can be as simple as thoroughly sweeping all the paths and the driveway to ensure the outside looks as good as the inside”.
