Town & Country Cleaning has signed a contract with award-winning national house builder Barratt Homes (Barratt David Wilson Homes Southern Counties). The first project underway is Locksbridge in Andover, Hampshire, which is a 250-unit residential site.

The cleaning at Locksbridge involves a 4-stage cleaning process for each residential plot to include an initial builders clean, re-clean #1, re-clean #2 and a final handover clean on completion to the new owner. The cleaning includes windows internally, externally, exterior fascia, soffits etc and the internal clean including floors and all fixtures and fittings.

For the fifth year running, Barratt Homes is officially the highest quality major national housebuilder, having been awarded an exclusive ‘5 Star Housebuilder Award’ by the Home Builders Federation.

Barratt Homes was named Housebuilder of the Year at the industry’s most prestigious annual awards – organised by The Housebuilder magazine in conjunction with the industry’s official body, the Home Builders Federation. In their citation the judges recognised Barratt Homes as an “outstanding all-rounder, showing its prowess in the fields of zero carbon, regeneration, design and landscaping.”
