Town & Country Cleaning is now working closely with Thakeham Homes, the prestigious medium-sized regional house builder. The first project underway is Hunters Place, which is a 30-plot residential site in Hindhead near Haslemere.

The smaller independents are great to work with but they don’t provide the volume of work we need, so regional companies building more than 20 homes a year is our sweet spot”.

The cleaning at Hunters Place includes maintaining the sales suite, commercial premises and show home, as well as all handover/completion cleans to new owners moving in. The clean includes cleaning all windows and fixtures and fittings to show home condition.

Town & Country Cleaning has some 65 staff managing +300 customers across both commercial and domestic clients in Surrey, Hampshire and the south of England. Accreditations include BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management), British Chamber of Commerce, ISO9001 and insurance to £10m.
