Town & Country Cleaning recently cleaned a new build mansion in Headley, Bordon. The house was a sizeable high spec new build covering 3 floors, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, receptions rooms and a huge open plan kitchen/conservatory area, as well as an annex flat above self-contained garages just off to the main building and adjoined by a bridge.

Lee Turner, Managing Director of Town & Country Cleaning said, “this is about the biggest residential new build we’ve done to date. The house was huge and we took it from a building site to showroom condition ready for client handover.”

The scale and complexity of the property and exacting standards of the site manager were all challenges Town & Country Cleaning had to meet on the project. This included it being a high 3-story building, the size and height of the glass panes and working around trades people in the final days of completion, whilst steadily raising the level of clean to a full sparkle finish.

“I think it is official…this has to be the best managed site we’ve ever seen. The Site Manager, Peter Willis really did prepare the site in a very professional and organised way. His attention to detail is of the highest standards, which naturally puts pressure on all contractors including us, but it is always a pleasure to deal with professionals that have this approach to their work.”

“We like to think we go the extra mile with these cleans, examples of which include, cleaning the windows twice, placing Neutradol deorderisers in all key rooms and facilitating the clean of the existing Aga cooker with a specialist company that Aga recommended. We like to add value in any way we can to demonstrate a better customer service for the end customer moving in.”
